DO YOU STILL REMEMBER HIM? HERMINIO "BOY" ALANO IS A FORMER ACTOR IN 70'S T0 90'S, A CONCERNED NETIZEN POSTED HIS SITUATION NOW



You will never know what will be happen in the future. Life is like a wheel sometime you're up sometimes you are down. Just like this story of once he is famous and capable but now he lives in a rotten garage.


Despite having a comfortable and prosperous life during their days of fame, a lot of celebrities experienced a miserable life after leaving the spotlight of showbiz. Just like what happened to Herminio Alano or better known for his screen name “Boy Alano”, who happened to be a famous child actor during the mid-90’s. His famous colleagues were Rene Requiestas and Panchito Alba.




1941 in the Philippines as Herminio Alano. He is an actor and assistant director, known for Cheeta-eh: Ganda lalake? (1991), Holdup (Special Squad, D.B.) (1979) and Basag ang pula (1984).

The 73-year-old man also worked as the assistant director of the movie entitled “Chetae Gandang Lalaki”.



His reason for posting the status was to inform the public and ask for help from other celebrities who used to work with Boy during the time when he was still active in showbiz.

Boy Alano appeared on numerous movies and television shows in the past. In fact, he was hailed as the Best Child Actor at the 5th Asian Film fest in 1958 for the movie “The Day of the Trumpet”.


Aside from that, he also appeared on a number of movies under Sampaguita Pictures during the 1950’s such as, “Roberta”, “Anghel ng Pag-ibig”, “Rebecca”, “El Indio”, “Munting Koronel”, “Anak ng Espada”, and “Maldita” to name a few.
