The internet now is a wonderful invention because it is the most important thing in life today especially in the urban part.

But still there are some disadvantages on this invention, many people have been addicted in using gadgets that could harm their health also another thing was cyber bullying that ends up in not so good things.

One of the main reasons why people were so hooked on the internet is because of the social media. Communication made easy, looking for long-lost friends are made possible.

There you can see updates from someone you know or even gained friends if used properly but sometimes they have been used it in a wrong way. They used social media to take advantage of someone especially those who are minors.

A mother of a 15-year-old girl experienced an alarming concern on her daughter’s cellphone. After reading the conversation of the strange people on her daughter she replied the said stranger to stopped whatever intention he had on her daughter.

In her social media account she posted a warning message to all parents for the safetiness of their children.

"Warning to all parents if you have teenagers always check their phone….this is a case of pedophilia buti na lang isip bata pa anak ko. Mga students ng San Beda target nya."

"Im just warning the parents ng mga teenager na makialam sila. i just remember lang napanood ko sa SOCO before yung teenager nakipag meet sa katextmate nya ayun di na nakauwi ng bahay pinatay at nirape."
